Collect less. Delete what is no longer needed.
PowPad uses limited first-party operational analytics without advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser fingerprinting. Wallet recovery words and private keys stay on your device and must never be submitted to PowPad.
Application information
We store the chain name, ticker, colour, requested technical settings, application time and review state. X, Telegram, email and a message are optional and used only to review or respond to the application.
Reviewed applications have optional contact fields automatically deleted after 90 days. Pending applications retain them while awaiting review. You can delete those fields sooner or export your application using the one-time management key issued when you apply. PowPad stores only a one-way hash of that key.
Public chain information
Approved chain configuration, lifecycle state, aggregate pool metrics and release checksums are public. Do not put personal data in a chain name, ticker or other public configuration.
Page views and security activity
For successful HTML page views and selected security or state-changing actions, PowPad records the IP address, time, request path, response status and a shortened user-agent string. These records are visible only to authenticated administrators, are capped in size and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Request bodies, application contact fields, wallet addresses, recovery words and private keys are not included. Aggregate counts may be used to understand whether the beta is being used.
The service does not set an analytics identifier in cookies or browser storage and does not send this activity to a third-party analytics provider. Separate rotating reverse-proxy access logs are configured for up to seven days. Security records may be retained longer only when required to investigate a specific incident or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
Use application privacy management to view or delete optional application contact data. A formal controller identity, postal contact and jurisdiction-specific rights process must be included in the written launch agreement before PowPad accepts paid or open production launches.
