PowPad reviews launches and can reject, pause or remove its own hosting and catalogue distribution when a proposal creates unacceptable risk.

Do not use PowPad for

• malware, botnets, credential theft, denial-of-service activity or unauthorized access;
• fraud, impersonation, copied branding, deceptive financial promotions, artificial volume or promised returns;
• distribution of illegal material, targeted harassment or instructions intended to facilitate immediate harm;
• evading sanctions or other legal restrictions that apply to the operator or applicant;
• claiming PowPad approval proves privacy, safety, legitimacy, liquidity or value.

Network conduct

Do not overload public APIs, manipulate pool accounting, submit fabricated shares, probe other tenants or bypass rate limits. Security research must remain within a separately agreed test scope.

Enforcement

PowPad can reject an application, stop its temporary services, remove a catalogue entry and preserve limited evidence needed to investigate abuse. Because launched networks are sovereign, PowPad cannot switch off independent community nodes and does not claim that authority.
